Brad joined the Board as a non-executive director in January 2023. He has over 25 years’ experience in finance and business, predominantly in the mining industry, banking and finance sectors.
Brad’s extensive executive work experience includes: Commercial Manager for Rio Tinto, GM Commercial for Newcrest Mining, CFO for Kumu Petroleum Limited in PNG, GM Commercial and
Marketing for mineral sands company VHM Limited, and Head of Commercial for K92 Mining Limited – a major gold producer.
Additionally, Brad has previous relevant not-for-profit (NFP) sector experience serving for two years as the Commercial Manager for Australian Research Alliance for Children and Youth (ARACY).
